o.o Gifting help

Ok so I sent a christmas gift from the Cash Shop, but the person who recieved it can't figure out how to get it from her outspark backpack to her ingame backpack... Any help? D:

Has your friend looked in the in-game backpack page yet?

I sent a wedding app to Manzcar when I made him divorce my archer & marry my mage (hated to make him pay SC for me being wishy-washy) and he said he just went to the premium item page in-game and it was in his backpack already.
