Does it make anyone else mad that they're really lacking on patch notes?

Yeah. There should be an "uncover all the changes" squad that goes in after maint to figure what else they've been tinkering with. -_-

And I just searched around and I can't find it, so I'm a huge help. ^^

So the snow is why they aren't doing patch notes?

They don't release patch notes until it actually goes into maintenance time.

Yeah, could you imagine the hell they'd get if they posted planned patch notes, and then for some reason couldn't implement them?
