Three Cheers for Outspark!

Every other thread is about how Outspark screwed this up, or how they havn't done this.

But this thread, this is one thread saying Well Done Outspark xD

Think about how much has changed since CB, that was probobly because of us, if we didn't ask for people not to able to heal others in Guild wars it never would have happened.
But, even then people complain, Outspark has done what was asked, maybe we should've thought thigns through before complaining and asking? I mean sure they could've done better, but who ever says 'It still sucks but thanks for the effort' ?

Think about it, GMs and CLs probobly see lots of threads on the official forums saying how bad this is, if that was me I would've said 'You don't like it? then we wont try anymore.' But these people carry on, and proceed to make things better and worse in the process. They continue to try to help. Even though the path is rough, what path isn't?

I'll admit I have bashed outspark my fair share of times but I've been thinking about it and now I realise, they could be a hell of alot worse! And the important thing is, they arn't. They keep working on ways to improve stuff, even if it is transferred over from the Korean version, people ask for stuff then complain when they get it and it isnt exactly as they imagined.

Well they can't do miracles, but they can try to make this game better for us, they can't make it perfect yet, but they're trying, trying to make it better with each update, even though it's sometimes 2 steps forward one step back.

And although some of you will disagree with this, I for one am happy to say 'Three Cheers for Outspark!' Because although their game isn't perfect iit keeps me busy and entertained

That's the Spirit! ^^ They tried their best even if that best wasn't too good, they still tried, and improve over time x3

yup
I think outspark is doing a really good job
(especially Sking when I see him on the boards)
people are just being unreasonable whining about want things, changing things, and not wanting stuff
they even want "outspark to run everything by the players before any changes are made"
im like seriously?....that is extremely unreasonable... :goaway:

Hraesvelg 12-08-2008 06:13 PM

If these jobs were voluntary, I might give them a little more leeway. If I'm paying for something, I expect it to meet my expectations, otherwise I stop paying for it. If these were a handful of guys making a game because they love making games and really wanted to make people happy, I'd also give them a lot more leeway. Outspark has made it perfectly clear that they care about money above all else. I don't fault the GMs and CLs and other low-level customer support people for this, for the most part. They're being hounded by the higher-ups to sell, sell, sell. I do take a little issue with that one chap that suggested buying a Blessing of Teva after the Uruga event debacle, though.

O_o I missed something, but I kinda agree with both sides here. But I don't care either way cuz Fiesta is too much fun to play! If things get out of hand with money grubbing, I'll just stop playing :o It already came down to me not buying SC items anymore (especially enhancement stones) Now I just play the game =D

It's true that Outspark does their... best with issues like healing during guild wars, but I'm still not too fond of them as a company. Like Hraesvelg said, all they really care about is money. I know I don't have to buy from the CS, and I don't expect special treatment because of it, but since there are people paying for it, I expect better service. :\ And the recent push for more PvP disgusts me.

Buuut I keep playing anyway. So I guess they're doing their jobs. :P

Push for PvP? ... I missed a lot ^ ^;

I admit I to bashed Outspark on various things, but I am very grateful. You have to remeber fiesta has only been up for a little over a year if im accurate. There fore im sure there are to be a lot more changes soon to come. I heard some about a 'Cooking Feature' From whom I heard I cannont say but it does get me excited to think about all the future things OutSpark will create for Fiesta ^-^

I say three cheers for the community, or atleast part of it which has kept me in this game, and maybe a little appreciation for Outspark, but not too much more.
