Not really. I wouldn't go out of your way to get it that's for sure.

I bought mine cause it was super cheap, otherwise... nope.

I find their attack speed nice, whilst everything else mediocre.

Better Crit, Better Dmg, Better Attack Rate. Worth it if you got the money. I lost about 90 hp but increased my dmg by 500(im a dps), and increased crit by 5%

There not much more then +9 greens .... and they are overall better so if you got the money there definetly worth it.
