Lol, i 2 pro 4 college.
so i just wrote a twelve page essay on the french and indian war and how it contributed to the American Revolution and the French revolution.
I haven't opened my World Civ or American History text books yet. Discuss how WSU should let me just skip any and all history courses and just put me in the education department and give me my teacher's certificate and save us all some time. |
You go to school with my friend Cye o_o; EERIE.
Yar, I hate how a lot of colleges make you take shitty classes to take another class. Like I wanted to take zoology next semester - but its like.. "YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN MATH BLAH BLAH " And its like, why the fuck do you need math to study animals? ONE, TWO, THREE BATS! AH AH AH /countlaugh >_> |
seriously. they tell me i need to take this and this class in order to get into the history department and this and this class to get into the education department.
its like, just let me test into it. I know I can. they make you do it so you stay longer. Stay longer = more money. |
When I went to AICASF, I took the english test-out exam, and I was 2 away from a perfect score, and they still made me take the fucking class >[ Which at AICASF was like a couple thousand dollars (was private art school) and so I took it, and passed, and here at this community college they're like "COLLEGE ENGLISH?! That doesn't sound like a COLLEGE LEVEL English class to me! TAKE IT AGAIN HERE!" And I said bite me >_> and refused lulz
Really they just seem to be after your cash ~_~ I mean, I can understand needing some basic classes for this and that, but honestly >_> Some of their qualifications are just bizarre. |
oh yes. its totally understandable to require math 201 before math 210 or something of that sort. but if you can prove you can test above the level of both of those classes, why should you have to take both?

I think the education system in america is fucked up ><
