Yes we do.

Blues have higher damage, aim, and critical as well as a faster attack rate. They are supposed to be super rare... though they is a chance to receive them in 70+ KQs which have set stats (that are really crappy). The level 50 blues are especially rare. I've only heard of one person finding it in Teva. And the 70 blues are more 'common' since the recent KQ glitch that gave out blues every box.
