question on HP production
 

I purchased the skill to learn HP productuin, but it won't allow me to learn the skill. Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to learn it?

Have you learnt the Potion making skill yet?

is that different from the learning scroll for HP potion tier 1? if it is who should i see to learn the potion making skill?

You have to select that you learn Potion Making, before you can start making specific Potions.

(Each character can only learn up to two alchemy skills, you can't change your alchemy skills, unless you use a cash shop removal.)

You don't have to see anyone to select an alchemy skill.

Follow the steps first 5 steps in the link that Blaaaaaaah posted.
