If someone was gonna get banned does outspark tell you first?

Banning is usualy shoot first and ponder later. But then again, if you did something and you have a hunch that your gonna get banned, and its a bannable offense, chances are the ban hammer commeth.

Most providers do however give you the opportunity to explain yourself and rebuttle the ban, but nine times out of ten its a one sided affair, unless you are actually innocent. Or a good liar...
