Sick Ogre Tonic

Does this still randomly drop from Weakened Ogres while grinding?

I've killed 80+ and haven't got it to drop yet.

I don't think it drops to you until like level 49 or something. But, yes, it still randomly drops.

^Yeah.

I got mine at 50 when the Halloween quest was put in. I don't know how many I killed... But I'm pretty sure less than 80. So if you're 49, keep trying? o-o

does the tonic randomly drop without getting the quest or do u have to get the quest first because i just turned 49 and the only quest that the bird showed me was the one for lips??

It randomly drops before you can get the quest. You need the tonic to start the quest.
