-> Criticisms: I don't know :S

When I was first finished with this...about a week ago, I was pretty pleased with it. And now that I look at it again...I don't really like it...What could be the reason? D: Maybe it's the chin X(
Criticisms are very welcome...D: I need them

Its pretty o: did you use prismacolor markers?

Loveless 11-11-2008 08:30 PM

Wow that's amazing.

The only thing "wrong" that I can see is maybe the (her right) hand proportions? That's about it... The chin seems okay to me.

bloodrops 11-11-2008 10:16 PM

@Yosei: Ah no...just 'normal' markers >< Prisma markers are probably too expensive for a high school student to buy :) They don't even have good ones in Denmark D:
@Loveless: Hmm...the right hand? Which...you mean the one clutched or..? :D Please let me know D:

Loveless 11-11-2008 10:18 PM

The open hand.

it looks like one of the abstract-ty things that you dont really need things to look "perfect" XD

That's what I thought to, I think making it perfect won't give off the same "abstract-ish" effect that it has now, which I really like.

Only "thing" I noticed is the position of the collar bone. I might've placed it a little low and the line could be more "right angle" (for the position she is in) but it's nothing big that bothers me.

I really like it!!

Wow, that's pretty. :O Pretty good coloring to. Ink and markers scare me more than paint, more permanent.

Aha....Hmm it still seems fine to me...I think I will get someone to pose that for me and compare :) I will keep that in mind, thanks!

Haha do you mean like...the proportions? Buildings growing up on her hair, almost quarter of her head missing xP And the birds with long tails...:)

LOL you're right, it's very...mispositioned XD I didn't realize that before... o.o
Now I see it. See? :D I need eyes of criticisms for improvements :D Thanks...but I guess it's too late to change now..already started making a bigger one :S all outlined with markers...ahhh....I will remember when I draw collar bones next time ;)

Paint scared me more than markers! Same reason why markers scare you more than paint...D:
But both media are fun to use ^^ Though I always seem to mess up badly with watercolor and acrylics XD

Thanks for your compliments ^^
I really appreciate the decent comments I get from here than from deviantart D:

The hand is if someone was to be overly picky but since the image is more abstract than realism it doesn't really take away from it. Really, I see nothing wrong with the image overall. I love the vibrant colours and the movement you created.
