Why do I have no school on Tuesday?
 

Okay, I have NO school on Saturday and Sunday (duh), but I have school on Monday, then NO school on Tuesday...

Wut up wit dat?

Couldn't they have made it NO school on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, for a 3 day weekend? Instead we have a weird week... Oh well, at least some school off...

i think they should make monday a no school day too and make it a 4 day weekend...

Veterans day. Just be happy you do not have to go to school tomorrow, and it makes the week seem shorter.

Veteran's Day is always observed on Nov. 11th. no matter what day of the week it is. I supposed if it falls during a weekend, then you would get the following Monday off, not sure though.

I've never gotten Veterans' Day off.

And this year, I actually get the day before Thanksgiving off o-o They say its a travel day :x

Yeah, I wish I had a 4 day weekend but that would cause my school to make up for that missed day later one which sucks either way. I think my sister's friend's school (probably UBC) made it so the Monday was a "reading break day" to get a 4-day weekend. D;
