because they think no one goes at lunch time since most people go eat at lunch and leaves you with no one to take care of, so he can go without appointment.

and to counter that, put a sign or something saying be back in so and so hours/minutes.

well i was in the office. we had a few people in the office too.. just the guy he was looking for isnt LOL!!
