Base Stats
 

When you create a character to all characters of the same class start off with the same stats?
I have looked all over and cant seem to find any information on character creation. Yes im a noob so I very well could have missed it.
Also when talking about builds i see reference to things like 1:1, 1:3 and such what does that mean like on an archer for example would 1:3 dex:spr mean
1 dex then the next 3 to spr. I hope I at least understand that correctly.

1:3 DEX/SPR means that for every 1 point of DEX, you have 3 points of SPR.

Ok But these are just the points you add correct or do add to the starting stats until it ends up this way since like an archer starts with higher dex then spr

They're points you add, the base stats for all characters of each class is the same, it's the distribution of points and different equipment that's unique.
