Vitality[3] Production is a rare?

I got a vit[3] prod scroll from abyss and i was trying to figure out how much its worth. I noticed Item Merchant Nina no longer sells it for fame. Recent patch?!?! I guess that makes it a RARE!!!! RARE RARE RARE!!!

Anyone confirm this for meh?

Vit[3] was never sold with fame I think. So it is rare... but more common than the tier 2 ones.

No, you could never buy it for fame. They wont sell for much more than 200s.
