I think.. the first one. It was funny how after they started singing "get physical, physical!" they flash kids doing skipping ropes and the like across the screen, lmao.

Plus, the girl in the first one looked really annoying hahaha.

Yeah, it was an excercise-themed show. I loved this show as a kid, but I never really got the subtext of that song until I was meandering through YouTube and found some old clips.

Oh, in a little sidenote, see if you can spot "Fergie" (of Black Eyed Peas fame) in the KIDS Inc. clip. That's where she got her start, heh.
