Blessed enhancement stones increase chance of success by 5% (approx), while lucky enhancement stones provide a 5% chance to upgrade your weapon by 2 points instead of one. However, they also reduce chance of success by 5%.

yup, so if you have all 3 enhancment fiesta store items (red eye, blue mile, and the other yelllow thingy) then you should use a lucky enhancment stone to enhance something faster :D
