Because the game designers in Fiesta are obsessed with things being pathologically cute. Pink clouds/blush seems to be a way to tart up a grim reaper to make it fit in with the other cute stuff.

hahaha...I just noticed(not really!), maby its just a korean thing? Some people like blood and guts, others like to soften it up to the point of making something look like its meant for freaking toddlers!
