T4 Stone Learning Scrolls
 

I have been starting to see T4 elrue and lix in Urgra but have yet to see a learning scroll for sale.

Any one know what the going rate is for T4 stone learning scrolls? Do they drop in the lev 60 abyss? Doylen is 69.81 now, do they drop in the 70 abyss?

Most T4 recipes for anything have been found in the Relic of Abyss map.

I don't see Relic of Abyss on the WIKI world map, where is that?
