[FiestaFan] Porn/Nude art + Blacklisting issue
 

Just a few notes on this.


Porn/Nude art

Recently, some members have raised the issue about nude art being removed as it may be considered as "porn". We have decided that nude art is allowed as it is, well, art. However, this is not an excuse to post pornography and say it is a form of nude art. Moderators will remove nude images if it is considered pornographic/inappropriate for the forums after discussion. [There is already a rule about posting porn in Policy FAQ thread].


Blacklisting

We have decided that blacklisting is not allowed here. Originally, we have specifically said that naming names are not permitted in All the Rage, but it doesn't make it any different if you post it in Screenshots section, so blacklisting is not allowed anywhere on the forums. Reason for this is pretty much the same as the reason we don't allow it in All the Rage. Please censor the names of the people you're complaining about if you wish to post screenshots.

Posts will be edited and screenshots will be removed if they have no been censored. As usual, warning for the first offense, and infractions from then on.

Allowing nude art is a pretty bad move. People can post hentai. After all it's drawn by someone (art) and it's nude. My 2 coppers...

Hentai and nude art is different. Hentai is porn whether it be drawn or not. The major difference is intent. Hentai/porn isn't done for the sake of looking pretty. If any of that makes sense.

In the Policy FAQ thread, we have already stated that if there's any images deemed inappropriate, it will be removed. Hentai/ecchi and the like will be deemed inappropriate, as they are more closely related to pornography. Pornography can also be argued as a form of art but that is still not allowed.

However, we do not want to censor nude arts like this:

If you have common sense, then you'd be able to tell Porn from Art, regardless of the forms they come in.

Yeah I'm just saying people could do that. Though if you guys are actively going to keep it down, then I don't see any problems.

Another thing we would not like is for someone using nude art to show off as porn. Like for instance.. if someone posted that statue and was like "Check out the rack on this one!"
