I did see her in person (read Fiesta person), but I didn't take a screenshot because I was talking to my mum. She was in that Columbus ship mount and she was shooting cannonballs out of it lol.

It's a bug, if you send or receive whispers, you still only see the recipients name.

She was here before Dakkon left. I whispered to her about CSR's being in-game or available back when that patch messed up the premium inventory pages.

So yeah, she's been around for at least a month now.
