Connection to Servers have Failed

This is really getting on my nerves now. Basically my Computer cant handle Fiesta anymore and DCs every 3 seconds (or crashes when i try to start it up) so Im left with my Laptop.
Basically If Im lucky I can change maps...todya Im not lucky. It freezes when I try to change the map (the 'Now Loading' thing stays white...no matter how long I wait) so i ahve to Disconnect Via Task manager >.>
Bu when i try to get back on GASP

Oh the Servers came up this time. Click Teva.
'Failed to connect to world server' Wont let me join again so i have to disconnect.

For about 10~15 minutes sometimes longer

Its soo annoying D< My Wireless signal is on full so I dont understand why. Nothing else is running either.
And then it lets me on...I try to change maps to do a quest, or give reward...
RINSE AND REPEAT

Froze on loading screen,
