Fiesta Rookie: staying logged on for less than 24 hours(not sure exactly)
Fiesta Citizen: staying logged on for 24 hours
Fiesta Guardian: staying logged on for more than 24 hours(not sure exactly)

Unlucky Enhancer: item enhancing(requirements unkown)
Rookie Enhancer: item enhancing(not sure about this 1)
Successful Enhancer: item enhancing(some1 needs to post specifics)
Triumphant Enhancer: item enhancing(specifics unkown)
Enhancement Artist: item enhancing(specifics unkown)
Enhancement God: item enhancing(specifics unkown)

Aprentice Fighter: below lvl-20
Clever Fighter: above lvl-20
Warrior: above lvl60(not sure)

-----:below lvl-20 cleric
High Cleric: above lvl-20
Paladin: above lvl-60(not sure)

-----:below lvl-20 mage
Wiz Mage: above lvl-20
-----:

-----:below lvl-20 archer
Hawk Archer: above lvl-20
Scout: above lvl-60(not sure)

Quest beginer: it exists, but dont know the requirements

stammerer: it exists...requirements unkown

announcer: shouting... exact number is unknown

Celebrity: having 50 friends







Of course there are the monster license titles, but decided to skip them
