Why the hell does MY RAGE have to be so damn psychoanalyzed?

Can I not just be pissed and everyone accept that I have rage too?

Everyone get the hell out of my freaking rage with psychobabble and post your own damn thread in Mature Discussions to debate pots calling kettles black, dammit.

And Righty, for the record - I intentionally posted a new thread because the psychobabble issue is a new rage - if it were intended for the other rage it would have been in red text size 5 font at this point.

You have every right to rage in this section, though other members have every right to discuss it because it's in the open forums. However, I can say that you don't really have a right to tell people to "get out" of a public thread, whether you made it or not. You can request it to be closed, though, if you wish.

I am sure yours weren't the only All The Rage thread has been discussed. I've seen threads where people disagreed with the "rager" as well.

And this was put in this thread, a stand alone thread, so as not to be specifically stating to get out of a specific thread. this post is for rage over the psychobabble.

So I could understand your response had this particular post been in the other thread, but not when it is a thread on it's own and it is on it's own subject.

Besides, I'm not flame baiting since I didn't state it to any one person or call names. I'm just stating my current rage.

Since you are not "specifying" it is your other thread then I will say this instead:

It all depends where you're raging. Since you're complaining about people who psychoanalyse your rage then I suppose that you have raged at a place where anyone was allowed to voice their opinions. I guess this is why I stick to raging to only a fair few people if I do not want people to say otherwise about my rage. My friends know how I feel when I rage and they know I wouldn't want them to "analyze me" over my own rage, so I rant my rage to them.

Then maybe we need to add the following to the list of rules on the rage Forum:

"5. Accept that anyone who wants to disrespect your right to feel rage can post to your thread about how you are at fault for posting your rage."

And isn't going into my rage thread to point out that I (specifically me) have displayed this or that pretty much a form of flame baiting?

I can be specifically pointed out but I can't point out anyone else?

In my opinion if you go to someone's rage thread and post how they are at fault for posting then that should be considered flame baiting since you specified them in particular.

No, you CAN go into someone else's thread and say that they are at fault for raging though. You can do exactly what was done to you.

I think you're confused about the no naming rule. It doesn't protect you from someone pointing out possible hypocrisies (not saying you are a hypocrite) in your post, it merely protects people from getting flamed, and it prevents them from having their name tainted because of whatever "misunderstandings" can occur.

No, I'm not confused by the no naming rule. I'm saying that if I go to someones thread where they stated that someone was an annoying person and replied that their post indicates that they are an annoying person then I am flame baiting.
