So in september and october.. i'd be better off asking an american friend to buy me a prepaid card, i'll pay them via paypal, and they give me the code so I can get a free remi's? XD

I somehow dont think that 10% off is THAT much of an abuse. Now, using your position in target to get them 100% off on the other hand, I think that would better qualify as an abuse.
