Yep, it's offline :/
I was suddenly disconnected from server with 1%-2% left to level up XD

My shop got booted and when I logged back in Uruga was practically empty.

They said it'd be 5 minutes til a reboot and then did it in about 2. :D But then again, they said it'd take 10 minutes and it took about 5.
