Character deleted
 

I've played Fiesta since last year but after Xtrap has been added to the game it has prevented me from playing.

I think it has been 6-7months already since I played and thought about installing and trying again. To my amazement it did work but after logging in I find my old characters to have disappeared.

So here's my query

Do characters get deleted for not being played for so long?
If that is so I guess I have to make another fresh start

I do not think that they delete characters. Only if you delete the character yourself or you get perma-banned.

Unless you're looking on the wrong server, maybe with the length of your hiatus you forgot which server you're actually on?

They've added servers while you were gone.

Nope At my first log in I checked all servers and found none plus note my character shown in this fiesta fan account since not being able to play I didn't change it and left

I doubt it's been hacked since I play at home

I sent a message to support@outspark yesterday I'm just waiting for a response

Well the most obvious reason has been elimiminated. Maybe there was a purge or corruption of data, 6 months is a long period of time for nothing to go wrong if you don't check in.

Stupid question but the last time you played, was that in CB or OB? Dx

telling you from a person who played back on teva since around octobor alittle earlier then that atleast getting back on recently my characters are still there so they dont get deleted unless you delete them yourself.

I agree with Mirome. I did the same thing as you did kurten. I quit playing around December last year and hadn't played since the beginning of the summer around June. My characters were still there so nothing seemed to have happened in the meantime. Although when they did the update a couple weeks ago and moved Bijou from being on the top to the bottom I did think I lost my characters too until I realized what server I was looking at:uhoh:

you wouldn't happen to have a second account on outspark that you forgot about would you? if you can't remember but have multiple email addresses try saying you forgot your account id or something (not sure how this works on outspark) and try any different ids/email addresses you think you might have used.
