2nd Cake :/ and it doesn't work

Alright so, I thought maybe I am misunderstanding something here...The story goes like this;

I used one of the cakes I have at 6:30pm yesterday, and it says "13.09.08 08:00-14.09.08 08:00"...
Is there a specific time to use the cakes so they actually come in effect or are my cakes just bugged? :/ That was my second cake, and...nothing really happened :/

Any advice?

so your stats didnt increase by 10?

It is saying you have the stat increase from the 13th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 a.m. until the 14th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 a.m.

13th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 a.m.
13. 09. 08 08 :00-

14th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 a.m
14. 09. 08 08 :00

All time limit items give you that but if it were a 2 hour item the text would have looked like this:

"13.09.08 08:00-14.09.08 10:00"

Or if it were in the p.m. it would have looked like this:

"13.09.08 20:00-14.09.08 20:00"...

13th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 p.m.
13. 09. 08 20 :00-

14th day of the 9th month of 2008 at 8 p.m
14. 09. 08 20 :00

Unless you are glitched, which is also possible. Did the second cake actually get used up or did you get a message saying the item has no effect if used at this time? When I accidently tried to launch a second harvester scroll (War Rant or Hunters Touch or whatever it is called) it told me the item has no effect if used at this time since I already had one on.

hmm...nothing happened :/ neither increase nor even decrease...
Besides, even though I was on during the time the cake was supposed to work...nothing happened..D: perhaps a glitch?
