Well no. But if your only level 2 or so then it shouldn't be to hard to restart.

Most MMORPGs have some sort of stat rester. i think the GMs will come up with something eventually.

Just relax about stats. 1 stat won't make much difference, this isn't Ragnarok or any of your other typical MMO's. Fiesta's natural stat gains give you lee-way with mistakes you've made. But if you're obsessive compulsive with your stats like some people, just take fullback's advice and restart.
