i swear i want to make a rage topic every time i KQ on my cleric
 

omg, i don't know why i put myself through this D:. i should stop doing KQ's all together on my cleric. i'm only up to gold hill but i can't stand the noobs D:.

like tonight, i accidentally afked at the beginning (was putting in laundry, thought it wouldn't start for a while <_<) but i wasn't that long i guess and got a party. it was one mage and three tanks. that's a fine party for me. i figured it might be a bit tough keeping up the heals since all the fighters will probably want to tank and the mage might accidentally draw aggro sometimes. but ok, i figured i could handle it.

points to whoever knows already what my problem is going to be xD





so everything seems to be going well. they got the key just after i showed up and we went back to the gate. there were only a couple fighters really tanking and they were easy to heal. but then the trouble starts. the mage starts hitting stuff before a fighter can get to it. i try to heal him and keep up. he's a mage so he's taking a butt load of damage D:. but yea it seems ok, but of course he can't be content. he started saying "heal". yes, this does annoy me, you have no idea how much it annoys me when none tanks start saying this AND DON'T FREAKING TRY TO STONE. he would seriously let himself get so close to death waiting for a heal instead of stoning.

ok, i let it go and kept along my merry cleric way :laugh:. so we get to this one part where i'm casually healing, not much going on, then i start seeing his health go down. i start healing him but his health is going down really fast. then his health stops going down... THEN MY HEALTH STARTS GOING DOWN. this noob ran through a bunch of skeletons and like an idiot i healed him. so now i'm being chased by a bunch of skeletons, i'm frekaing lvl 23. i had to run away and heal and invinc myself so i wouldn't die. luckily a fighter got them off me but while i was healing him a couple started hitting me again but it wasn't as bad.

but now everyone in my party is taking damage, including me. then, he says it again, "heal". :hulksmash::hulksmash::hulksmash::hulksmash: i wanted to hammer him so bad:devil:.

at this point i decided he was definately last on my list to heal, BUT THAT $#@%@#$$#@!% JUST WOULDN'T DIE D:<.
i wanted him to die so i could say "oops, sorry, couldn't get to you, was busy keeping the @#$% tanks alive instead D:<"

grrrr

oh but no, it didn't end there, that would just be too easy ._..

so we open up the gate and it's marlone of course. and this idiot mage runs straight at him then starts running back. out of instinct i jump to the side but luckily a fighter got it before any harm was caused.

so going along just fine, the tanking fighter is in my party and i'm happily healing her and relaxing :cutielove:. marlone uses his aoe and everyone can tank it:cutielove::cutielove: so i start healing everyone in my party back up and counting along 1, 2, 3, 4.... 4? 4!? FFOOOOUUUUURRRR!? THAT $#%!@#$%#@ MAGE WTH ARE YOU DOING GET THE $#%@!#$%@#^@ AWAY FROM MARLONE D:<. yes, he was freaking standing next to marlone and, as i found out later, was doing it to magic burst spam.

ok, so we get past that. on the next level he's still saying "heal". me: oh what's that? that fighter's hp just went down by half a point? oh my, he could die, i better heal him D: *ignores mage*:nahnah:

darnit, some other cleric healed him :hulksmash:

so we get to the boss. that great fighter was tanking again. that mage is down there using magic burst again but this boss has no aoe:cutielove:

*heal heal heal* *singing* "oh i'm so happy to not have to heal the mage, so happy, so happy, so happy:cutielove:"

so someone else's hp went down in my party. me: hmm, it must've changed targets D: *clicks and heals other person without thinking*

o: like half his hp exactly

wait a sec, why is the other fighter's hp still going down at the same rate... :hulksmash::hulksmash::hulksmash: WTH, MAGES GET LIFE TAP ALREADY D:<? $@##$^%$#@@#$%$#@^$

*stops healing mage*

*mage's hp starts going down again*

crap boss actually did change targets to him this time D:.

dilemma D:

i could let him die bu then boss might go wild and might kill me too D:
or i could heal him like the good cleric i try to be...

D: i shouldn't have healed him but i did. and i had to keep healing cause no one else noticed it changed targets. of course, the tank you're targeting's health stopped going down because he's managed to block 5 hits in a row

so finally the tank gets aggro back and i reluctantly heal the mage's hp back. he does the life tap thing again and i refuse to heal. then the boss is dead and he runs and gets the door. he's saying "heal" again now.

i stand next to him and do nothing:cutielove:

then another cleric comes and heals him again <_<

i hate being a cleric in KQ's, but i need that xp D:

Oh god you crack me up so bad. HAHAHA. That mage just wouldn't die! Shame on you, can't even manage to kill your party members as a cleric! You're supposed to determine their lifespan! HAHA!

I take aggro on my mage a lot too but I don't go around demanding clerics to heal. Boy I know how annoying it is to heal mages who die fast myself.

I hate people demanding for heal too.. like.. demand unreasonably.. Hello... i've got 3 tanks taking AOE hits.. why is that mage/archer standing right in the AOE taking hits too?

should see me in KKP... though usually i dont really have to "heal" the mage coz.. they just get 1HKO LOL!!

and ZOMG mage with lifetap... u know wat.. i would've just let the mage die at that point... the robber can run after me and i'll use a heart... but i'll just let that mage die.. seriously...

truth is i would've let him die way back at marlone... I'm pretty good when it comes to not healing the ppl i dont like...

this lvl 3x cleric demanded for a party in AEW last night... i thought "Pssh i dont do plvling" but my party member (who i just met for the greenkie quest) invited....

well! lets just say that little cleric died 3 times that night and i didnt once revive her... :devil: too bad the other cleric is too nice and did all the hard work in reviving... but i'm sure the exp we got her would've covered for the deaths...

Oh! but the satisfaction of seeing stupid noobs die :devil:



Why are there all these other nice clerics around when u dont want them there.. and when u need a nice cleric.. they're nowhere to be seen?

Yos never used Life-Tap. Now everytime someone does it, even when I'm not playing a Cleric, I freak like hell and rotate my screen 360-degrees.

I do that too... I did it when I was playing my Fighter (even though I can't heal) and do it when I'm playing my Cleric (and ingore the mage doing it in the middle of an AoE)... T__T Heart skips a beat and it isn't a good thing. ><

why would a mage use lifetap in the middle of an AOE? seriously...

but then again.. usually if that happens i just assume they got hit...

You see that's what I thought until I saw the flashy red ring around them... and so I just thought "psh, screw that you can use a stone". xD -goes off to heal the tank-

But I feel for you Destrus... I feel like making a rage thread every time I do a KQ. -sigh-

yeah gold hill KQ has gotten bad
I never had problems with it on my mage but now I'm getting a 50% fail chance
either fighters don't tank so the key isn't found/everyone dies off
or pretty much everyone goes to try tank marlone......:goaway:
