Installer sucks! Help!
Okay. I am trying to install the game fresh as recommended in the 09/04 post. I have two drives. My D: drive has my Windows XP operating system on it which I use to play Fiesta. I use the C: (because it has more space available) to install all my games etc... Even after I change the install destination to the C: drive (which has more than enough space) the install still warns me that the D: drive doesn't have enough room... :/ Please refer to the included screenshots.

look at your screen, when you are asked where to install, CLICK CHANGE and do the path manually.
your Operating System is installed in drive D:\ which the install wizards thinks that its the DEFAULT DRIVE. so by doing a manual path, you can guide the installer to put the files in drive C: dont say that the screen say that its in C:\Program Files\Fiesta, coz even if it says that, the wizard will not recognize it if there is NO folder named Program Files\Fiesta on that drive...so yeah. hope this helps. |
Did you manually name that folder as shown in the picture?
I ask because all mine installed to: C:\Program Files\Outspark Inside my Outspark folder there is a Fiesta folder, a Project Powder folder a Launcher folder and a SharpLauncher folder. So if you named it C:\Program Files\Fiesta maybe try C:\Program Files\Outspark Just a thought. |
