hey guys, how to make a blessed/lucky elrue/lix/xir?

you cant make them, they are from chests, quest rewards, and sometimes found when mining

o, mining like mining copper and silver ore?

They also rarely drop from monsters too.

Only way to get them is from drop's(very rare) and mining(very rare), kqs(common kq reward) and chest's.
