I'm pretty sure you can get the drop from anywhere but of course it is extremely rare. I just got it yesterday from an Archon in Dark Passage I. But any idea how much its worth?

Realistic reply: I saw one up for sale at 7g in Bijou the other day. It didn't sell, so perhaps it isn't worth that much, but that was the asking price.

in TEVA ive seen it for lowest at 3 and highest at around 4.5

Seems to me like this is an item worthy of a few gold. I thought 7 was pretty high, but whoever was selling it was probably looking for an offer.
