The new patch....please help
 

So i know that alot of people have been having problems with the new patch, and I've read all the other help forums but i can't solve my problem.

i installed the new patch(102 right?)but everytime i install it it changes back to 103.

so i tried installing it in a different folder and the new launcher showed up but it says it needs two arguments or something!

PLEASE help me! I've been on vacation for two weeks and haven't got a chance to play fiesta, so i really really need to get this fixed
