You just need a bank account for paypal, I think.

I don't really like internet banking and I try to keep it at a minimum level possible.

There's an age requirement for credit cards? o.O or just that your parents won't allow? D;

17 is old nuff o.o

In most places you need to be over 18 to have a credit card...

... Maybe it's requirement for my country is 14 o.O
