LOL. So I was playing my level 47 archer, who had t3s and a +9 equipped, and decided to join MD kq to finish the first quest.

I'm immediately invited to a party that has two level 50s and two level 55+s. I'm pretty happy, since there's a seemingly competant cleric in the party, and I tend to be a bit squishy and draw aggro a lot. However, seconds after I enter the party I'm kicked out.

Naturally, I'm pretty angry. >.> But I just sigh and ask for a party again. Except... now no one has room except the party that kicked me out. I shout something about levels not mattering in a kq, and that I'd appreciate it if the only remaining party would party me. (Like I said, I'm squishy, and I don't tend to do well without a party.) The reply I got was something like, "noob jst dnt jouin dis kq til ur a hi lvl noob -.-". Okay...

I'm pretty sure this had something to do with me being an archer as well. -.- Which is stupid because their party was like, three fighters and a cleric... Then I figured, okay, fine, I'll just get your kills! ...and then I got glitched and had to relog and got sent to Roumen. :(

Sorry for the rant--I just hate it when people get superiority complexes especially when they're not that great. The same thing used to happen in Robo with the uber leet "lvl 40+ pts."

I'm a mage and in robo if I don't get into a party straight off I would have to holler until like halfway through the KQ before I'm finally invited into one or just go through the rest of it partyless :(

I feel for you. And then I laugh when that "uber leet Lv40+ party" is killed off.

It happens in KKP too... never ends unfortunately. What happened to those days when every was cooperative and partied all levels? Oh yeah, it only happened once in a blue moon when pigs grew wings and flew over it.

In any game, you will always find some idiots think that they are a God's gift, just cause they have something that you don't.

Luckily, some games like Halo CE have a stress relief option: Teamkills. XD

Well if they're gunna be like that, you can just classify them as "Classist" and "Levelist". Level DOES matter, however if you're really good at your level, it shouldn't matter...Levels are like age..It's a useless number unless put against certain restrictions (Driving..KKQ..drinking..Helga O.o).

Sooner or later they'll realize they're retarded and shoot themselves in the foot :sigh:

Oh uh, and no class should ever be considered as more or less of what it's made to do. If a cleric was meant to tank, clerics would have big shiny swords that sit on your shoulder...If an archer was meant to be a super squishy spell caster, archers would have glowy wands and run around dying in 1 hit... Nuff' said...

Ew, it happens in KKP now too? :\ I haven't really done it in a while... then again, I've never really experienced this kinda thing on my cleric. :P

I know level matters in parties... but it shouldn't matter in kq. :\

I was in MD(not today, few weeks ago), I was instantly kicked out of all parties except for this party of 5 mages(including me), the fighters and clerics are saying "we dont need mages" and there's no archer in the KQ to do DoT, so we decided to just do nothing and just follow them. They can't even kill Robo with all those fighters, they kept on dying and dying and dying, aggro went everywhere, robo spamming moves(no mage to drain his SP, hahahahaha), and soon, the other 3 parties got wiped out entirly since robo kept on using specials on them. Then..after the KQ ended(failed), I got whispers of "Why didn't you join our pt?" and "why didnt you help out?" and much of whispers of begging.
so i just instant block them for being idiots :/

Well... i can see why u might not get a party of u're a lvl 4x FIGHTER in MD... i've only ever seen ONE lvl 4x fighter that is of much help in MD... every other one gets instant KO...

but.. not partying an archer? with a +9? how dumb are they! I'd party a lvl 4x archer / mage over a fighter any day.. at least they can stand back and do dmg without getting killed every 5 seconds...

not to mention that the defence of the party isnt max out with a non-full party..

But dont get mad about it... if i dont get into a party, i instantly switch to thinking.. stuff you... i can get just as good EXP by myself... u now have all the reasons to be selfish.. only help with u know u wont get yourself killed... (but i never stand around and do nothing...)

but then my main is a cleric (that never really have any problems) and 2nd alt is a mage which ppl tend to like... so... i hvnt had that experience too often...

I don't get that mentality. I like a full party if only for the cleric party buff being at max. People need to get over themselves. If you're worried about the EXP being a bit lower, you're doing it wrong. The EXP in KQs are pretty much worthless (aide from the quests).
