Yes they are But Adult Cartoon and you know why, i Don't Count them as Normal Kids Cartoon

I'd say Beavis and Butthead were geared more toward a late teen, early 20's audience. If anyone is letting children watch that show, they need to have some sense smacked into them.

I was kidding... yeah, I've never seen it, since I was too young, but I do remember my cousins talking about it, and learning how bad it was...

Boy Meets World ftw. Your list is missing one show that was crucial to the American style of life though.
