King's Quest: Golden Hill run through
 

I burned through Golden Hill(it was almost too easy). I could have helped more, but I think I did okay with support.

I'm sorry this isn't one of my usually tubular-ific High Definition vids, but I'm testing out live streaming my gameplay(I know this isn't live, but a nice alternative this site offers is easily pre-recording and rendering massive amounts of video time).

Plus...It's easier/quicker. I can record a sick amount of game time with the touch of a button and it auto sends it right to the page and ready to watch. It's a trade off: poorer quality for easier and quicker results. If I tried recording this much time, converting it, then upping it all it would take me a week or two and be a pain.

The first 10 minutes is boring old me just sitting there, cuz I missed like the first two sign ups, but got in on "C". So once the video buffers, you can just scroll past the boring-ness.

I like it because sometimes you get people that don't work as well together or classes are too unbalanced plus the time limit which gives the feeling of impending doom. It can be very challenging and exciting to me.

I have to say I stopped liking that KQ when there was the person with the key, and he would stop, "I have the key, and I'm not opening the door until someone pays me 20s"

Then we would fail because he didn't open the door, and no one wanted to pay him. =/

I've always thought that KQ was easy and its like 100% success as long as u dont have someone hogging the key... (whch happened once to me)

then... one day 7 months since i started playing, i got into GH with my alt... and we failed very miserably for the very first time... the group broke up into 3, gate was opened before everyone was there, no one could tank the robber, no cleric was around to heal...

i've never had such an utterly failed GH before... i've always thought nothing can go wrong... but it can.........

I've had both utterly miserable and pathetically easy in the last 3 days. The first was just horrible. Everyone just broke off. No one stayed together in any sort of group, and they all attacked seperate mobs. No one once res'd me. We barely made it to the boss, and I died on my last life with a high cleric standing beside me ignoring my requests(so either he couldn't res or...I dunno). I think there was like 3 other bodies laying around as well by the time we got to the boss. I doubt they made it. It was very frustrating cuz I was super supporting people left and right in that one.

Then the one I recorded in my first post here...was almost too easy, but I was glad and had fun. But I'm not worred about the prize(I think I got one of those blues), I mainly wanted the EXP:laugh:

In the last GH KQ I did I was happily tanking the mobs so mages could AoE. Then the server decided to crash =]

Gold Hill started out really well for me too but after awhile it went downhill
the fighters refused to tank thus archers and mages were dying everywhere and the clerics just completely went MIA
Also, since fighters dont take aggro no one was mining and we can never find the key in time
