Nope.


Though you may take less damage from conventional attacks and block more with a shield, you'll kill so slow that by the end of a battle, Axers with a STR build actually have more HP left because they killed the mob that much faster.


Pure END is really bad for soloing.

I had a 7x of all classes.


End-using Axer still kills a helluva lot slower. The only 'perfect' damage-dealing tanker is a full STR or a STR/25 SPR Axer with +9ed defensive equipment.

ive had over 5 fighters and got them all lvl30+ and if ur gonna be pure tank without soloing then yes full END but the best build ive ever found for damage dealing whilst tanking is 25 SPR rest STR(maybe a lil END but no point tbh) with +9ed equips and T3 scrolls(if ur taking heavy damage)...if you need give pm me on these forums about builds for other classes....i know im not a vet but ive used alot of builds lol

I can't afford +9 equipement so I when I made my fighter I was going Str and Spr and then I found I needed a little help staying alive so I added some End

now I solo and tank just fine. Most everyone will say don't spread accross three stats but I do just fine.

I won't be the best DD Axe Fighter nor will I be the best tank but I can solo and I can tank just fine.
