Same-gender marriages?
 

Is it possible?

Because a friend of mine is, you know, "different" (i'm not sure if I may use the "G" term)
and I was wondering if he can get married now, too

From my understanding, it is not limited to opposite sex marriages. But, I am going off what I was told before all of the wedding features were implemented. I was told that it was not up to Outspark to say who could and could not get married. The only thing I know to do is to tell him to try it.

Its all about context. If someone is homosexual, calling them gay isn't a problem. Now, if you're trying to insult someone by calling them "gay" then that would be over the line, I imagine. Outspark, I'm sure, wouldn't want to limit the genders even if they could. I don't think that there's enough of an overlap between cutsey anime MMO gamers and rabid evangelical Christians. They're going to want to sell as many of these things as possible. Its all about the market.

Yes, we were told by various outspark announcement taht same gender marriage is allowed.

And.. someone marrying a same-gender character doesnt mean they're gay anyway... i could be marrying my sister just for the benefits of partying together all the time =D

As for Outspark, all I can say is the more options, the more money for 'em. Plain law of business.
