The ability to log into the game. If 403 is gone, then no matter what you can't log in.

Also:

It's back! Too bad now that I can log in, it still won't give me access to the servers =.=

Login/Gateway if you could properly connect you would be seeing all the servers displaying the offline status. Instead of Connection to Servers has Failed.
