How do you obtain this. I have yet to talk in game, and thought that was how you did it, but have been playing awhile so >.> ya...

Along with that what about "Silent"?

Stammer -> Quiet -> Silent.

Also, Have you been on for 13+ hours WITHOUT logging off?

Edit: Doesn't count if ur in a shop btw.

And obviously, you can't talk to anyone ;p I've got stammerer. I MIGHT have the quiet title now, not sure.

well its
stammer(3h) -> Quit(19h) -> Silent(2days) -> Speechless(3days)

the values in the brackets are only values that might be correct... but im not sure. So dont hurt when there wrong -.-

You usually get stammerer overnight while your vending. And its a nontalking title not a talking one.

Idk about that.

I've always gotten stammerer without being in a shop.

Well you don't have to be in a shop but if you leave the game open overnight you usually get it.
