Fiesta Drop Info Database

Hello,

I already posted this on Fiesta msgboard, alas the thread was removed.

I've made a database using MSaccess, to record datas about monsters in Fiesta (mobs name / lvl / where to find them, what they drop ect ect .....).

The database record most mobs (KQ / battlefields excluded), most items (gears excluded as this is generated randomly)
For convenience, I already filled as much mobs / zones / items as I could.

All is left to do is associate mobs to their respective drop and zones. For this purpose, I made a couple of form that you can call by just clicking the appropriate button.

The database is available here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/13786414..._Drop_Info.mdb

Feel free to try it.

This is a work in progress still.
Questions / comments ? Let me know.

NOTE:
- I made it with MSaccess 2000, untested with newer versions.
- You'll need either MSaccess
- Pictures must be in BMP format
- Mobs picture are 120x120 pixels
- Item pictures are 32x32 pixels
- There is no virus, trojan, worm, keylogger or whatever malware in it.
- It is designed for personal use, no datas are sent trough the internet as it work offline.

how to open or use an .mdb file???

nevermind read more of the post.

After running some test, I found out that it doesn't work as I expected with snapshot viewer.
So you can open it with MSaccess only.

I'm thinking about another solution for people who don't have MSaccess, either an exe file or something using word or excel.

Update time:
Added drop rate support.

To give you a better ideo on how it look, here is a screenshot of the main window:

Update time
- Recipes support added

The database isn't complete yet, I need to gather a complete list of recipes (items used with quantity / items produced with quantity).
Also, I'm missing the exact lvl on some monsters (Rookie skeletons in Echo cave, and all Hero monsters).
Finally, monsters's drop table isn't very accurate yet, I enter datas as my "study character" grind, and he's lvl 27 atm. So the more relevant datas are from monsters aroudn this lvl.

For people unable ot read Access databases, I made an executable file.
There isn't much done here yet, you'll only have the possibility to browse monsters and view their drop table.

Everything is available here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/14631561..._Info.zip.html
Unzip all files somewhere in your hard drive, make sure Fiesta Drop Info.exe file and the database (Fiesta Drop Info.mdb) are in the same directory.

Again this isn't a virus / worm / keylogger or whatever malware, just a simple database viewer.

The application require the .NET framework (shouldn't be a problem since Fiesta Launcher require it also).

Questions / comments, let me know.

To moderators:
I know, I should use the edit button, but that keep the thread deep at the bottom of the msgboard and people will probably miss the updates.
