I'm making a new sig+avatar but I want to know how you do those glowing lines, like in yosei's avatar. :lost:

make a line wit da shape or pen tool... den aply an outer glow :) thas assuming ur usn photoshop XD

Looks good but you might want to use colour instead of white so you can see it better against your light ava/siggie. ^^
