Can't participate in CB? o.O
 

My sister just started playing Fiesta today, and everything was going well when she suddenly got disconnected after trying to get into Forest of Tides (she's already went there before, so it shouldn't be the map problem or anything).

Anyway after she got disconnected, she tried to start it back up (also after restarting her comp), but when she tries to log in, it says she's not authorized to play closed beta. O_O Also, in the log in screen, you know how there a Loading pic that goes around and around? That thing freezes as well, meaning the whole login thing probably froze or stopped working.

I want to try uninstalling and reinstalling but I don't know which file is the actual full client. =/ Because when I click the .exe file I downloaded and install that, I have to download the whole thing again (that's another 600mB!!). Soo.. anyone know which file lets me reinstall without having to download everything again?

Or anyone know another way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Didn't you download the full install (not the installer that downloads the game while installing)? If you did, then just reinstall it, otherwise...try a different account maybe?

D: Nuu I didn't know there was a full install file. T.T" I tried my account and that doesn't work either.

Edit: I even tried placing some of my files into her comp but that didn't work either.

OMG that JUST happened to me. Came out of Lumi stone to FoM and the map was loading forever... so I closed, tried to get back up and it said that. I thought the server was down because I couldn't get on outspark.com (never loaded) but .. I'm not so sure anymore.

Alright I can't get in too. I just closed my game to restart it since it was laggy and now I get that same message. The official site isn't working either. Seems like it's a problem everyone's going to have.

Yeah, not working anymore for either. Looks like a problem on their end.

is anyone else not able to get to the site ? ( www.outspark.com ) page cant be found it is telling me and same is for outspark forums.

I had this earlier today too when I made a seperate account for my Cleric. When I went to look on the officials to see if this was a common problem their page wouldn't load, so I assumed it was just some server issues.

It's working fine and dandy for me so I guess it was just a rare event. Your sister should be all good now.
