That MD ring should go for a minimum of 25 silver, I'm not too sure about those pants though. They're good too though.

25 silver for MD is probably a bit too much. But you are on Bijou so you might be able to get 25 silver for it.

MD Ring on Teva wouldnt be worth anymore than 20 silver maximum

The pants look good could probably get around the same price as the MD Ring maybe a bit less.

I think the pants would get a LOT less...I mean come on..they're lvl 18 pants...350c or something at the NPC?

Depends on the buyer but you are going to get less for the pants most likely but the MD rings are a plague. Ive seen people in vendors selling them for 10 silver on Teva and people still wont even buy them.

Ya, Md rings arent the easiest to sell.
