K, another ?? about potions
I pulled this off of the wiki and wanted some clarification on illnesses, poisons, and such:
Antidote Potions Uses:Cures poisons caused by monsters. Does not cure Bleeding. • Tier1: Removes current lower grade Poison you're suffering from when used. (tier1 and tier2 poisons) What type of poisons, because I cant find anything that this works on? • Tier2: Removes current higher grade Poison you're suffering from when used (tier3 poisons, from lvl40+ monsters, PROCKS for example. Damned PROCKS. HATE THEM.) Again, what types of poisons? ________________________________________ Cure Potions Uses: Cures illnesses and diseases caused by monsters. Does not cure Bleeding. (Tier2 recipes cannot be bought. -_-) • Tier1: Removes current lower grade disease you're suffering from when used. What types of diseases? • Tier2: Removes current higher grade disease you're suffering from when used. (haven't seen yet O.o) What types of diseases? ________________________________________ Antibiotic Potions Uses: Increases resistance against Illness for 60 minutes. (There is no Tier 1 for this potion.) Again, what types of illness? • Tier2: Increases Illness resistance by 5%. ________________________________________ Antitoxin Potions Uses: Increases resistance against Poisons for 60 minutes. (There is no Tier 1 for this potion.) What types of poisons? • Tier2: Increases Poison resistance by 5%. ________________________________________ Bless Potions – Uses: Increases resistance against Curses for 60 minutes. (There is no Tier 1 for this potion.) What types of curses? • Tier2: Increases Curse resistance by 5%. I'm just trying to find out which potions are actually worth putting the materials, and time in to making them. I have already decided that the Regenerating HP & SP are not worth the effort. The Antidote does not seem to be worth the effort, because it has just to stop me from turning blue, red, or any other color. I realize it doesn't stop that hilarious jerking and bleeding thing we do, but that is fine, because it is funny to watch my little mage spaz out, hee hee. |
