Okay, I don't do the enhancement thing, I'm too afraid of screwing up and losing the weapon. But..

Can you enhance any weapon/piece of armor in the game? Even rares?

I mean, I can see why you wouldn't want to enhance a rare item.

Yes to both, in CB I had a Thunder Roumen Bow +5, got it to 6, tried for 7 and broke it.

Yeah I got a magic thunder staff.. and I wanna enhance it. I want to hire someone to do it, but someone who has luck with that stuff ;p

I was wondering this too... Pity I broke 5 pairs of Bless Pants before they even got to +3. I'm pretty much on the same boat as O-mie; let others do all the luckwork, and I'll sweep it up from their shops. >.>

I was lucky enough to get my hammer and shield up to +3 without problems during CB2.

I wish I still had them. ;_;

I personally want to eat anyone who is luckier than me. I've got my cutlery and bib ready for you people.
