What happens to buffs when u log off?

Are they shortened in time span? or do you just start with the amount you logged off with?

Whatever time the buffs are at when you log off, thats what they are at when you get back on. Except for CS stuff. I think CS stuff keeps going out even if you aren't on.

You start back with just the remaining time.

Yeah, CS scrolls time on out, but the in-game scrolls save the remaining time till you log back in.
