Photobucket.Can anyone help. :( Plz
When u take a screenie in Fiesta after u downloaded Photobucket does a new folder open with the screenies or does it go to photobucket?Because i want to be able to post screenies so that u dont have to click on them to see them.Also how do u make videos using photobucket if u can?

I use ImageBot, the Firefox addon. It lets you drag and drop items from your computer into it and it then uploads files into Imageshack (or Photobucket, but I don't use it). Also, if you see an image somewhere on the Web, you can right-click on it, select Upload, and it will add it to Imageshack (so you're not draining the original hosts bandwidth if you use it again).
Once it is uploaded, you can right-click on an image and it will copy the code (HTML, BBcode) into your clipboard for posting either the entire image or a thumbnail (these different sets of codes are called templates, and you can make your own). Then you can post your own gems, like this one: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/8356/beatoffwi8.jpg As for video, I've never made one. That Mobly chap had a thread about a video he made the other day, he mentioned a program. Xfire, maybe? |

Once you sign up to Photobucket. There's a blue navigation bar at the top. Go to "my albums" and click on the first option.
It'll take you to another page with a big [Upload] button. Click on that and another window will pop up with all your files. Look for your Fiesta folder (usually in My Documents > Fiesta). Click on the image you'd like to upload and click open or ok. It'll then upload the picture and refresh the page. When done right there'll be your picture on the page with several lines of coding. Look for the one that sayd IMG Code and click on that line. It'll copy the code onto your clipboard. Then just paste it on to your posts and it'll show up. |
^^ What she said, but, also, it helps if you resize it to a little smaller image since the screenies are captured rather large and tend to stretch the forum page if left in the original size. I usually open it in paint and resize, but you can also resize it in photobucket after you have uploaded it.
