The New Patch is for the forth of July 4th items

Fiesta Servers Maintenance at 10:00 PM PST

Fiesta Servers will be down for 3 hours.

- July 4th items will be released after maintenance.

That was Mondays patch this is another one they didnt mention.

EHHHHHHHH i didnt even was on last night ( Im tick at a friend who forgot me at my friend house till 3 am so i didnt get to be On last night, Stupid Friend)

There was a very small patch tonight. I think it was just to the launcher. It does not require you log off, but if you log off, it will patch when you log back in. It took 5 seconds.
